Non-Refundable Situations: If a customer fails to provide the required project information within 5 days of order confirmation, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility:
If a refund request is made within 24 hours of order confirmation, the customer is eligible for a 70% refund.
If a refund request is made within 42 hours of order confirmation, the customer is eligible for a 40% refund.
No refund requests will be entertained after 72 hours of order confirmation; the customer is eligible for a 0% refund.
The refund policy will be void under the following circumstances:
Selection of a special package.
Approval of the initial design concept.
Request for revisions.
Cancellation unrelated to company reasons.
Lack of communication with the company for over 2 weeks.
Violation of company policies.
Engagement with another company or designer for the same project.
Insufficient information provided in the project brief.
Demand for a complete redesign.
Exceeding the specified refund request period.
Business closure or name changes.
Reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with partner.'
Dissatisfaction with a particular service in a service bundle (refund applicable only to that service, not the entire bundle).
Exceeding the 7-day refund eligibility period from the date of purchase.
Exclusion of services such as SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) from refund entitlement.
Approval of website design and commencement of development.
Approval of logo/website designs.
Partial Refund Option: A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) may be granted if the client fails to provide the initial project brief for the logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.
Design Rights: Upon refund, CyberVista Tech will retain all design rights, and the customer will not be permitted to use or display any version of the design provided by the company.
Design Use Restriction: Refunding a design will restrict its use as an original design.
Refund on Logo Packages:
Full Refund: A full refund (excluding a 10% administration and preparation charge) is applicable if a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts.
Partial Refund: If a refund request is made within 5 business days after the initial design, a 66% refund (excluding a 10% administration and preparation charge) will be provided.
Partial Refund: If a refund request is made within 12 business days after the initial design delivery, a 33% refund (excluding a 10% service & processing fee) will be provided.
No Refund: No refund request will be approved after 15 business days of the initial design delivery. However, customers are encouraged to reach out to address concerns for potential resolution.
Refund on Website Packages:
Full Refund: A full refund (excluding a 10% administration and preparation charge) is applicable if a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial website mockup.
Partial Refund: If a refund request is made within 5 business days after the initial website mockup, a 66% refund (excluding a 10% administration and preparation charge) will be provided.
No Refund: No refund requests will be approved once the initial design mockup of the website has been revised, or after 10 business days of the initial website mockup. Customers are encouraged to reach out to address concerns for potential resolution.
No Refund: Refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development or once the website has been developed and uploaded on test links or actual domains.
Refund on Custom Packages:
Application of Refund Policy: For custom packages, the refund policy applies individually to each service within the bundle.
No Refund: No refund request will be approved after 10 business days of the initial design. However, customers are encouraged to reach out to address concerns for potential resolution.
Refund on Marketing Packages:
Non-Refundable Services: All Social Media Marketing Packages, SEO Packages, and other marketing-related projects are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund on Domain & Hosting:
Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, hosting, SSL, and other related services will not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
No Refund: No refund requests will be approved after 7 business days of inactivity by the customer, or if the customer is unresponsive for 10 business days.
Money Back Guarantee & Design Guarantee:
Conditions Apply: The Money Back Guarantee is subject to fair usage and good faith.
Exclusion: Refund requests arising from the placement of design orders with multiple agencies for the same job, with the intent of claiming a refund, will be declined.
Design Input Requirement: Client input throughout the design process is necessary for satisfactory results.
Unique Design Guarantee: In case of any similarity with existing designs, a new logo will be provided. However, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain copyright for their artwork.
Refund Process: All refund requests should be properly documented and communicated through designated channels. A 10% processing fee deduction applies to all refunds, and refunds are issued within 8 to 10 business days from the cancellation request. Acceptance of the refund constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy, and customers acknowledge they no longer have the right to use any work product or media thereafter. Certain sections of this agreement, including payment, indemnity, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive post-termination.
